Terms and Conditions

Reservations are required at least 35 days in advance.

Cancellation Policy:  A credit card or cash deposit guarantee is required at the time of booking.  No refunds will be made within 30 days of tour. Payment is due 7 days prior to departure.

Pick–up location:  Will vary by tour.

Viewing Conditions:  Vaughan’s Southwest Custom Tours, Inc. is not responsible for viewing conditions at sites visited and reserves the right to alter or cancel a tour due to weather and/or road conditions.

Errors and/or omissions of others:  Vaughan’s Southwest Tours, Inc. is not responsible for injury, death, errors or omissions by third party companies.

Lodging:  Lodging prior to and after the tour is not included.
